Nationwide Master is a test-preparation tutoring center located at 37-20 Prince St 4B, Flushing, NY 11354. This policy explains what personal information we collect from students and families, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how to stop receiving our email.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or otherwise obtain contact lists from third parties.

• Registration and inquiry details — parent or student name, phone number, email address, student's grade, and interested course.
• Enrollment records — class attendance, tuition payment records, and mock exam scores for enrolled students.
• Email engagement — delivery, open, and click status to clean our list and prevent sending to invalid addresses.

This website uses standard Google Ads conversion tracking tags (gtag.js) to measure inquiry and phone call conversions. We do not sell personal data, nor do we track individual student academic records across third-party ad networks.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your registration inquiry and place students in the appropriate class.
• To send class or exam notices — schedule confirmations, room changes, and mock exam reminders.
• To send course announcements and newsletters — only if you checked the marketing consent box.
• To send class and exam text messages (SMS) to your mobile number — only if you checked the separate SMS consent box.
• To fulfill legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Marketing Email & Consent

Mobile Information & Text Message (SMS) Consent

We collect a mobile phone number only when you give it to us yourself — on the registration form on this website, on a paper enrollment form at our Flushing office, or when you call us. We send text messages only to people who separately checked the SMS consent box on the registration form. That box is unchecked by default, is kept separate from the email consent box, and is never a condition of registering for or purchasing any course.

If you opt in, we use your mobile number only to send:

• Class schedule confirmations, room or time changes, and closure notices.
• Mock exam reminders, including start time and what to bring.
• Enrollment and registration status updates for the student.

Message frequency varies — typically about 2 to 6 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any text message from us to stop all texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also call (718) 961-1816 or email info@nationwidemaster.com and ask to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your enrollment, and we can still reach you by phone or email about your registration. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share data strictly with operational service providers (email delivery, SMS delivery, hosting, payment processors).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Children's Information

Registration is completed by parents or guardians. We collect only what is necessary for teaching and exam placement.
